The Connecticut Energy Efficiency Board
The Connecticut Energy Efficiency Board is a group of advisors who utilize their experience and expertise with energy issues to evaluate, advise, and assist the state’s utility companies in developing and implementing comprehensive, cost-effective energy conservation and market transformation plans to to help Connecticut consumers reduce energy use in their homes and businesses and to help Connecticut meet its changing and growing energy needs.
THE MASSACHUSETTS ENERGY EFFICIENCY ADVISORY COUNCIL
The Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC) was created with Governor Deval Patrick’s Green Communities Act of 2008, a comprehensive energy reform law. EEAC members guide the development of state- and nation-leading energy efficiency plans by the Commonwealth’s investor-owned gas and electric utilities and energy providers. The Council’s priorities are to develop, implement, evaluate, and monitor the implementation of these plans.
THE SOUTHWEST ENERGY EFFICIENCY PROJECT
The Southwest Energy Efficiency Project (SWEEP) is a public interest organization that promotes greater energy efficiency in a six-state region that includes Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
